Giraffes

I met these giraffes during a morning walk on the Lake Naivasha in Kenya. The area offers several opportunities for hiking safaris (on the lake or in the Hell’s Gate National Park), which are usually forbidden in most Kenyan national parks. The possibility to see wildlife is lower than by car, but it’s much more fascinating to meet such animals directly.

Birding was poor, maybe too hot or too late in the morning.

  2. Nice work Christian. Giraffes are the most spectacular animals. I visited Naivasha but didn't get to do a walking safari.
