Waders in the evening

My birds for this week are photographed on a late evening walk along mangrove forests and mudflats in Gambia. There were many Whimbrels and a mixed group of Stints, Redshanks and Spur-winged Plovers. They waited for the tide and were good to watch.

  12. The shorebirds and their reflections make a cool shot. I like the red and black coloring of the Mangrove crab too. I somehow think of mud skippers when I think of Mangrove swamps.
