Greater celandine and the herbal extracts under the microscope

Greater Gelandine (Chelidonium majus) is a slightly toxic plant and is used for a long time as a medicinal plant.

The plant contains many alkaloids like coptisine, berberine, chelidonine and has yellow latex that forms small crystals under the microscope. The sublimate is made of very small white crystals.
