Riesenburg



Some impressions from the Riesenburg (Giants castle) in the Frankonian Mountains. It is the ruin of a large cave placed in Jurassic limestones. The roof is broken by weathering; light is falling inside the cave and makes a unique atmosphere.

  6. These old rock formations lend themselves beautifully to the medium of black and white. We have areas in the mountains around here that look very similar. VERY OLD! genie
