Soap bubbles

Here are some simple soap bubbles in the microscope. The lower photography show a triangle point where three bubbles merge. It has the 120° degree angle described by Plateau's laws. Remarkable is the space and the structures between the bubble walls.

Several small bubbles (Magnification 40 x).

Small bubbles around a large one (magnification 40 x).

“Triple point” of three single bubbles. (magnification 250 x).
